What i am having trouble with is deciding which ram speed to get, id like to use all 4 dimm slots

ahh yes forgot to mention, im ordering the 6700k soon as payday comes back around, from what i can gather after watching a review by Wendell, using more than 3000mhz or less than 2666mhz in all 4 dimms can cause problems?
