New thermal paste out

I think that this has been around for a while. It eats through aluminium if I remember right so you have to be careful. I also remember reading that it conducts electricity well, so you don't want to risk any missing the core! ;)
 
This stuff is highly conductive (thermal & electrical)

Apparantly its difficult to spead out until you get your method sorted!!!

Yes it eats aluminium so beware:O

But no-one confirmed if its good under phase or i in fact if the product is more of an adhesive than an inerface material.

Too sticky normally means you bend pins when separating the cooler from the CPU.
 
I assume this stuff is indium based ?

should be perfect for phase change if it is.

when I worked in the high vacuum industry we used indium gaskets on cryo pump cold heads (-260 C) so as long as it has a high indium content it will be perfect
