Hello. I have followed TTL on youtube for a while because im interested in rig building and im looking for a gaming rig on a budget of 1400-1600 GBP. I have asked TTL on youtube for some advice and he answered "Deffo get an aria bundle. but Jose Matos has given you some bad advise so never listen to him again. £1100 is a tight budget for a gaming rig tbh. 7970 - 2600k - 8GB ram - 120GB SSD should be top of the list any other details are unimportant.

Go here for any more help dude:

http://forum.overclock3d.net/"

Therefore i'm here and with a new budget 1400-1600GBP, i hope that will make a proper powerhouse. Now im asking again, what should i get for my gaming rig. Any advice is appreciated!!! =)

The gaming rig must be able to run games like bf3 smoothly, but i cant bother to make watercooling.

cpu: 2600k

gpu: hd7970 - i really want the oc'ed version of 7950 instead, so i sometime in the future when needed can upgrade. I want to hear you thoughts on that, because performancewise there isn't the massive difference

Motherboard: nothing but it probably should be a socket-1155...??

psu: corsair 850w?? will that be enough power for 7000series sli?? =)

hdd: 1tb something??

case: CM 690 II ?? is that the best for aircooling rig

cpu cooler: noctua??

i writing here because there is so much information and i really dont have any experience buying and building a rig from scratch .. Any, any! help is appreciated

nb aria.co.uk doesn't deliver to Denmark. Is there any way i can get it deliverede to DK???

Have you used komplett.de? Im pretty happy with them here in Norway, and they got good suport if something breaks.

psu: Corsair ax850. You can easely run two 7970's with this psu. You can also get cables in different colours for it(fully modular). 7 years warranty and gold certified so it is pretty nice. Oh did i mention that it looks great also

Gpu: 7970/7950/6990/590. Getting a 7950 or a 7970 would be nice since they perform good and also great oc'ing headroom. The 7970 is expencive and you can almost get a 6990/590 witch performs better for same ammount cash.

Cpu cooler: There are 3-4 great cpu coolers. Noctua NH-D14, Havik 140, PHANTEKS, Termalright silwerarrow. These are good coolers if you plan to overclock. If you dont plan on it then you could get something else, like the be quite dark rock pro/advanced, Noctua NH-U12P SE2, Havik 120 and its said that the THERMALTAKE FRIO is also good.

MB: Asus pro/deluxe/P8Z68-V z68 gen3, sabertooth and Gigabytes UD 3-4-5

HDD: WD black 7200rpm Sata 3, 64MB, Samsung spinpoint F3 is also good.

Case: Case is very personal so you should look at reviews. I would look at cases from Fractal design, NZXT, Lian Li, Silverstone and Coolermaster. The nzxt 810 is very popular and the new corsair 550D looks great also.

SSD? Kinsgton hyper X, OCZ vertex 3, Crucial m4, Corsair GT or Intel.

I would also recomend you to do enough research on how to build a pc. You tube is great source for that.

Azurite have nailed it pretty good.Read some reviews,do some research.

I use komplett.dk,computersalg.dk,proshop.dk,fcomputer.dk and mm-vision.dk.They will deliver as fast as possible. No need to have hardware delivered from UK,prices are pretty much the same, when delivered.

ok - so the best intel bundle i could find on a danish site was http://www.komplett.dk/k/ki.aspx?sku=649118 - which reminds of http://www.aria.co.uk/Systems/Bundl...60GHz+8GB+Overclocked+Bundle+?productId=48358

The difference is that the one from aria is overclocked, which i will be able to do myself with that board. The 7950 can only run on PCI 3.0, but will CFX work as well on this compared to sli. I must go with this intel bundle from komplett, as i cant find any better in denmark. What do you think?? and is it possible to ship from Aria to DK??

The 7950 can only run on PCI 3.0, but will CFX work as well on this compared to sli.

PCI-E 3 is backwards compatible with PCI-E 2 so a 7950 will still run on a board without PCI-E 3 with no effect on performance. Crossfire works just as good as SLI as well

You dont need to get a bundle......

2600k- 2249DKK

Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4, Socket-1155 1399DKK

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 16GB CL9 LP 699DKK

=4347DKK

If you buy from other contries you probably must pay extra for customs and also more in shiping?
