I don't know , it all seems pretty good to me. If those are the best deals out there and you've done your research correctly, then go for it. I am sure people here would have different opinions and recommend different hardware, but then if anything goes wrong with hardware recommended by others then you won't blame yourself 
You could probably go with a less powerful PSU but a little headroom never hurt nobody. The memory is good, I don't think you should stretch for one of those high frequency kits unless you think it's absolutely necesary ( depends on what you're using your rig for ). the H60 V2 should provide a bit of headroom for a little OC if you plan on doing it.

Cpu mobo and ram are all good choices.
I am not sure about the case as I stopped looking at them since I bought mine so sorry I cant help there.
As already mentioned if your going single card a 650w power supply would suffice.
The green hdd are fine and are very good even for gaming. I have a green and it still plays games fine. I only upgraded to another ssd because it was an xmas pressie but the green did me fine without being loud.
The corsair ssd are good but there are better value ones out there look around. The 250gb sandisk drives are quite cheap and are pretty good and wouldn't be much more maybe 20-30 quid.
Only other thing would be if you plan on using that fan on the cooler go for the sp not af as it will be better for the radiator. I just picked up a set of quiet editions and they are silly quite. I didn't even need the reducers.
Looks like a good system. Only thing I havn't a clue about is amd graphics cards so maybe someone else could advise you better on that one.
