I'm under the impression a decent well insulated phase is fine for 24/7, I'm actually banking on it as I'm due a pay rise and plan to get a phase..

No doubt that if OCZ were to mass produce them, it'd have to come with no warranty what-so-ever. Otherwise they'd prolly get over 80% returns and a lot of angry people blindly ranting about how "crap" the unit is.
