New Noctua Fans

I know many of you probably already read about it, but know there is video about new active noise canceling fans from noctua & rotosub

I do like my noctua fans and theres new one look like there going to be good but the thing i really like is the colour of them

It will be interesting to hear (eheheheh) how these turn out.

I have a bunch of Noctuas in my rig atm, and I still maintain that they're too noisy at 12v.

NF-F12's are defo noisy on 12V i found. However i run all my fans at 50% speed so they are silent. Couldnt tell any difference between Noctua and Spectre Pro's though, Guess the extra cost goes to the extra cables

noctuas are amazing but at nearly £15 a fan and you have to paint them yourself there not my number one choice, but i may treat my self to one of these new ones...

Acording to Noctua they will achieve "[font=Arial, sans-serif]80 percent more airflow and 120 percent more static pressure while maintaining its current noise level" if this is right this will be epic fans[/font]

Listening to that video through a headset, even with 'Rotosub' enabled, it's a little too loud for me. Perhaps i'm being just pedantic, though.

I like the concept. Hopefully Noctua have a re-think on the browness of their fans, they really are ugly as sin!

i put a mic right next to the fan and when i push this button it turns the mic off so you can't hear the noise from the fan bearing that is 1mm away.

NO, Don't be such a ...well

That's not how it works. To understand ANC you would have to understand sound and clearly by that comment well, there is no point in trying to explain it so I'll just quote the article.
