New mouse on the way!

Finally got around to ordering up a Logitech G5... The big debate was G5 or G7, and after some thinking and review reading the G5 came out on top. I can't be arsed to switch batteries no matter how easy it may be, and the G5's weight system looks to be a good invention judging by user reviews. Wired mice don't bother me anyhow, I've been using one for well over a decade without a complain, same with a wired keyboard, no need to spend the extra moolah on a mouse that needs to have the batteries replaced all the time (same goes for keyboard).

I'll post a full review of the mouse when it comes in, should be here tomorrow Also ordered up a new Ratpadz mousepad, my NRA pad is getting a wee bit worn out, not to mention its a small fucker.

How long have u had ur ratzpad mate? I just wanted to try something new and bigger for a change. My little 8" circle pad was crampin mah gamestyle

I've had it about 2/3 months mate, and the area where my mouse is normally positioned is not far off being smooth!

Yeah I don't use a mousepad either and the table is begining to wear! I'm using this £4 infra red mouse from Ebuyer with wires - it kicks ass! Don't care much for wireless mice, hey need battries and feel this slight lag.

The G7 has cured any lag problems previously known to come about with wireless mice.

Anywho, hopefully the Ratzpad will treat me nicely!

Looks like quite a beast you have there! Hope it works as well as it looks. I don't like chunky mice at all. I'm rather tempted with the razer mouse, but I don't think I;ll be willing to spend £20+ on a mouse!!

This is a good size mouse, no two ways about that, but it fits in your hand soooooooo perfectly.

Ha Ha only messing.... I'm gettin the G5 tomorrow and I've heard from a few people that it does improve your FPS ability... if your into FPS that is........

It'll make a fine addition seeing as I've been on a roller ball mouse from somewhere in the dark ages for the last 2 weeks........ it sucks like a hoe on a millionaire

Worth every penny: a mouse and keyboard are the only things you actually interact with on your PC (well: main things). Missing them out on the sweet treatment is insane! :crazy:
