if you're not going to overclock, you can get pretty high frequency ram, because haswell CPUs support a lot higher frequencies now. Older ram will still do fine, but if you wan to get as much performance as possible without overclocking, I'd get some 2133MHz ram or something similar (more is still possible)

What I said should be correct, but I'd wait for someone to confirm my statement :)

And why Haswell memory is "better" its probably because Haswell CPUs have a new memory controller, that, as I said support a lot higher frequencies. My build will probably still use 1600MHz ram, just because its cheaper and, as I understood it, the more you overclock, the worse high frequency support gets.

tl;dr: New memory controller, your older Vengeance RAM is still good.

But those mobos are expensive what supports 2133 , isnt 1600 enough ? and i didnt understand still why haswells are so good or bad and why they are best with haswell CPUs?

I'm sorry, I didn't understand the last part.
But 1600 is still enough, as I said, I'll be using 1600, its still pretty good and you shouldn't run into any problems with 1600MHz ram.
