New firefox

How are we all feeling about this firefox update? personally, i'm not impressed. its practically mozilla chrome now. one of the bigger issues is that my theme is now broken, i'm not impressed. i might try to look for a way to downgrade.

i previously used the bluefox theme since i like to have black/blue themes, however i've grown to like red hardware ironically. is there many themes out yet for the new firefox?

edit- how can i switch my buttons back to text only?

I dont like that they moved the buttons some are changeable others grouped so they cant be changed totally and the dam for lack of better word options button is non moveable

Its not that bad now I use it a little more. I didn't bother getting the plug in to turn it back to proper firefox.
Still glad I (mostly) made the switch to Opera though. Its alot less memory hungry.

Don't know whats changed but aren't they getting adverts placed in now as tiles or something?

Yeah, small tiles. TBH I'm happy to give Firefox some money in that way. They've done very well despite not being google/Microsoft/Apple.

I was gonna change to another browser simply because this new look seemed like a desperate move to bring in some customers from chrome, but it works just as it did before and frankly there isn't one feature that I don't have in firefox so I don't see a reason to change.

okay thanks for that i mostly got my firefox restored to how it was, except for my theme. ill keep trying or maybe look for a new theme.

just to clarify, this isnt a "help me" this is a discussion. im sure theres more than 2 people who have something to say about the new firefox release that is just so jarring. however it may be a issue of me being late to the table, since i delayed updating until internet could support downloads.
