New card for HD video and 23" LED screen

Hi ALL,

I need a new card for HD video and 23" LCD screen not a gamer so no need for that looking at i3 or i5 so will have be looking nvidia cards.

Well a sandy bridge chip on an h67 motherboard will do HD video on that screen.

would i be able to put in a blu ray writer and play blu rays with on board graphics

probably do fine with like nvidia gtx 550 or 560 for overkill? just playing HD movies isn't too intensive

You should have no problem playing back blue ray with any sandy bridge chip. Obviously the better chip, the better integrated graphics. But its something to think about.

thanks for that will save me some cash so will be able to buy i5 instead of i3

Some people might even recommend an H55 and i3, but my thinking is the 1155 (sandy bridge) are such a bargain, and way more powerful, and you have the option to upgrade down the road. Just do a little research, you'll find something

4350 would do it fine, dont see why it has to be nvidia
