Others here will tell you the 2011 chip is overkill for gaming.

Seriously, the 2011 is an awesome platform if you really need the computing horsepower, but for gaming it's completely ridiculous considering the price. Plus, since the 1155 is actually running Ivy-Brige cores (the 3xxx series of CPUs) instead of Sandy Bridge (which the 2011 CPUs are), you probably will see improvements for quite a few games.
However I haven't looked this up in benchmarks, so take that statement with a disclaimer

I don't know of any white/green motherboards, but for black/green, I suggest having a closer look at one of these motherboards:
Regarding graphics cards, I'd look at Nvidia cards since green is their company color.
I have not found any green RAM dimms, so I would suggest going for black ones and possibly adding some green accents yourself if you really want them.
