New Build Computer Wont Start ( Need Urgent Help Please )

Sounds a lot like a dead mobo then :( If you remove the motherboard and look at the standoffs, were all standoffs in the correct position? A misplaced standoff could've caused a short circuit, killing the board.

Replacing is worth the shot, but don't get your hopes up too much.

EDIT: you could also take everything out of the case and trying to boot it there. Make sure everything is isolated properly if you do so.

does the green light come on when the power supply is connected?its just above the bottom PCI-E slot,if that light is not on and you are sure that the PSU is ok,then the board is toast

EDIT:@bloomerz:if you were only using a 4 pin,you would plug it into the RIGHT side, not the left

Yes it comes a green light on the mobo

i did take all part out and everything is at the table ( not the antec 300 ofc )

How should i start the computer now?

And oh i saw some screws wasnt in ;/

But the mobo is at the table atm , how should i start it

Sorry for the spam i cant edit ;(

you need to short the pins at the bottom of the board where the front panel wires would connect,to get it started

look in the manual, its the pins that the power switch connects to that you need to short

If that was to me, no need for cash, all part of the service :p

right, this makes me thing it was shorting on the case somehow, extra standoff somewhere probably? Or when you set it up again you have plugged a cable in that wasnt in before and you didn't notice?

Double check the standoff position, see if they line up, make sure you don't screw the screws into them too tight, and then test it in the case

glad it worked for you, have just spent the last 10 mins trying to find your manual on asus's site, lol, and I agree with Peter it sounds like a shorting issue,I had similar problems when I had the same board,I had to be very careful with how tightly I screwed it into the standoffs

Glad you got it sorted.

@ Nepas: Every other Board I've worked with, the 4Pin goes on the left, but this Asus is different, sorry! :D
