Netflix has raised their priced in the UK and US

I agree with what many have said that i would rather pay even this elevated price for netflix then waste money on Sky, Cable etc. their content quality is getting so good and they really are pumping out new content v regularly

Think uk has it bad with cable, here in the netherlands it is truely awful, pay 17 euro a month without extra's have 3 non profit channels, 15 other channel its ads every 15 mins for 5 minutes, even if netflix was 20 euro per month, it would still be more then worth it.

Cut my cable sub in 2010, never looked back.

Most of the UK doesn't even have cable. It's only really in all of the major cities.
