Ever wanted your very own GTX480 keyring?
Well here is a guide on how you, yes YOU! can make your very own
You will need:
1 GTX480 (broken or working up to you)
1 oven
-1 brain
First Preheat your oven to 220 (ish)C
Second choose the cards you want to cook for this we chose these 2.
The first one is a very old 7900GT
Second one is a very cheap GTX 480 (if you dont have one they go for a very cheap £300ish on ebay)
Just a little proof it was a GTX 480
Look at that awesome NV logo dont you just wish you could stare at it whenever you need to use your keys
When your oven is ready get a couple of 3.5" to 2.5" drive bay adaptors and place upside down on a baking tray making sure you dont block the main GPU chip with the supports
As you can see the 480 is a lot longer than the 7900GT so it is recommended by Nvidia to use 3 support "beams" with longer graphics cards
Now all of the card is supported place the card in the oven for 20minutes (oven time vary depending on solder strength)
When you remove the cards from the oven you should see that not only has the core dropped off but half the card has so you can make a different keyring for each day of the week
If you put a GTX480 in and the end result is the same as the one on the right then congrats you are half way to making your "official" Nvidia GTX 480 keyring
If you put a GTX480 in and the end result is the same as the one on the left then you really have gone wrong some where and should consult your graphics card's manual
Just to make a point if your GTX480 looks like this you have gone WRONG!
It looks like this you are RIGHT!
Now go and google a guide about making keyrings
