Neons - Controlling

I'm going to be pimping out my case, and was in need of some neons, which I have found, with some fans and was wondering what I can use to control the patterns of the lights? I had one at the back of the case, this was a green button in which allowed you to change the pattern.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I have never actually came across one, therefore have no clue for the name of the hardware.
