Need some advice on getting tubes to stay completly filled.

I recently purchased the Level 10 GT LCS case and set it up. I ran the LCS for an hour last night, shut it off. Feeling pretty good that I had filled up the tubes and all that. Went to work and when I came back, I started it and it acted as if I had just filled it for the first time. It took a couple of seconds for all the tubes to become completely filled again. I don't know if there was air getting in or out, or if i need to let the lcs run for a few hours with the cap off the res, or if this is how it will be for the next few days. I was pretty confused when I saw that big air gap when I thought I got it all. All help is appreciated.

I'm completely new to this so please forgive all the questions.

Oh, one on the metal thingies on the radiator appears bent, slightly. Could that be responsible for anything?

My guess would be there were air pockets in the radiator that came out while you were at work. But to air on the side of caution you could check all your fittings to see if there is any leaking. You can also try tilting/shaking the case to disloge air bubbles.

Hope this helps.

Yeh, it will just be air pockets around the system. I take it you just poured coolant in without tilting the system or anything to get those out.

There wont be a leak, dont worry. If the tubes were empty enough for you to notice, you'd have noticed water in the case elsewhere....

To get the pockets out yesterday i did tilt the case abit, tapped the hoses abit. But yeah jamesriley94 on the day I first set it up i did not tilt the case, just tapped the tubes. Yesterday I did tilt the case. I tested it this morning and found some bubbles, not like yesterday.

So far so good, I'll probably continue posting my progress.

Sounds like you might not have enough coolant in either, the tubes should stay full. You will get air bubbles in there but they should still stay full.

Ran it all day w/o a glitch.

It just needs time now.

If when you wake up tomorrow the tubes have air in them leave the case on it's side/upside down overnight and it should dislodge everything.

Make sure there are no leaks when you move it though.

Yes - but if there's a vertically mounted radiator then I wouldnt, maybe just a few turns, leave for about 5 minutes each way and turn back
