I haven’t been into computer items for a while…Well since I built my computer six or seven years ago. Below is my current computer:
Q9400
XFX750i
2 - EVGA 460 SC in SLI running Surround
XFX 750watt PSU
8GB G.Skill DDR2
Bought a Samsung 840 Evo a few months ago
Games are just getting to the point where I am playing on low settings just to play. I have a budget of $1500 and this needs to last me 5+ years. Below is what I am thinking, but I need help on the motherboard.
Intel Core i7-4790K
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair Vengeance 16GB, 1600Mhz
Gigabyte GTX 970 4Gb
So where I am stuck is on the motherboard and the PSU. I am thinking of the following motherboards
Asus Z97-A
Gigabyte G1. Sniper
MSI Z97 gaming 5
Which one should I go with or do you all have a better board? Also I know in the future I want to add another 970 so what size PSU do I need? If you have any other things you want to bring up please let me know.
