Need help on blue screens

Hi everyone recently ive been having problems with blue screens and cant seem to fix them. Everything was going well untill i installed a game i downloaded from the internet, after the instalation while i was playing the game i got my first blue screen, so i decide to uninstall the game but the blue screens didnt go away. All types of blue screens from IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL to page_fault_in_non_paged_area to SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION also NTFS.SYS messages. Please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know thank you very much.
