Gonna say this right up front lol, I know absolutely nothing about what do to OC this bad boy. I read things and they basically just confuse me, I wanna take baby steps, atm I am not OCing this thing at all and I just installed a brand new Corsair H100i (CPU running avg 35C with both fans at 1500 rpm). I'd like a generous boost to maybe a 3.6 - 3.8? There any guides available or does anyone have personal experience that I could work with possibly?

There are loads of guides dude you are working with old kit - its a bit different to new stuff because you have to work on your BCLK
With 1366 you want to aim for 200 bclk and then use the miltiplier to go from 3.6 to 3.8 and to 4ghz.
Most should do 200x20 for 4ghz but you will have to play with a lot of stuff in the bios.
