Need an opinion on these parts

Well i'm thinking about getting ram, psu and an 8600gts this June. What do you think about these?

They have held their value better but have still got nothing on an OC'd C2D of the same price

No offense but the 8600GTS blows. With some 3dmark scores ive seen my 7950GT kicks it in the nuts.

8600GTS is about DirectX 10. So naturally its optimized for DX10. However that doesnt mean that its performance isnt upto the par that people expected it to be but thats mainly because of the 128 bit memory bus that Nvidia continues to use which doesnt let the core make full efficient use of the bandwidth. Save your money till X2600XT comes out , I have a feeling Nvidia is about the get kicked in the nuts. Not to mention better HDMI and HDCP support on ATI.
