Need a Quiet, Cheap CPU Fan

As the title says.

Cousin wants a new processor fan as his current one is too loud (for him).

£20

His current one is an OEM fan.

Sounds extremely similar to an Akasa AK-961.

Would prefer one with a fan.

LGA775 motherboard.

Should be easier to find a specific fan then shouldn't it. lol

freezer 7 pro is good, its push pin but kinda loud at 100%, just get speed fan and lower it to 50-75% it gains like 1-2c but worth it tbh. or just lower the speed on his current cpu fan?

I have an akasa evo blue which cost me twenty quid

its an impressive piece of kit too, very efficient, when i hadnt overclocked my processor it was running at minimum fan speed almost all the time (300 rpm) and is silent. It comes with a fan controller too which is handy which slots into a pci slot on the back plate.
