Need a little help

it's been a while since ive been in the gfx card department i was wondering what would be a good single card that i could later sli or tri-sli that would equal the performance or be better than dual gts 450 1gb cards thanks for the input would be looking at spending no more than $400 usd thanks in advance

p.s. if stevehat1, snw,or hmmblah see this thread the old cards will be going into a dedicated folding comp :drool:

Id think a gtx 660ti would be a lot better, its also a nice sweetspot pricewise. If you can save away a liiiiiittle bit more you can get a gtx 670 that would keep you safe for a while .

Id like to recommend AMD 7950 but I dont think they do too well in 3x Crossfire...

evga or kfa2 both have great warrentys evga being the best though zotac are pretty good too if your uk based go for a kfa2 card usa then defo evga...

only saying this because kfa have a uk rma centre in wales there basicly what bfg used to be

He's in the USA
