My Watercooled System to Be

I'm looking to build myself another system, but this time going watercooling for the first time.

The main components:

CPU: i7-950

M/B: Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Rev2

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 1GB

SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB

ODD: Pioneer BDR-206 Blu-Ray Disc Writer

RAM: Corsair CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 12GB (6x2GB) DDR3

CASE: Not sure what would fit the proposed wc kit pref mid tower (cm692, 650d etc)

Plan: WC CPU and GPU

Hit me with recommendations. I want something quiet easy to maintain and good performer. I was also thinking rasa kit but ek cpu block as people have better results with a different cpu block.
