Well I actually have an update for you guys, I went and got myself an ROG board and a 3930k

Currently clocked at 4.2 Ghz I want to push higher but my temps are maxing, and I don't want to ramp up fans extremely much. I managed to get 4.3Ghz but it wasnt as stable.

Right now I am fighting AMD drivers which are messing uo. Thinking of switching to a 690 and adding another one later. Kind of depends on if I can return it or not.

Have you got fans in Push/Pull, or just Push?

If you've only got one fan on it, how about adding another? - - It should reduce the temps

there are 2 fans on my cooler, push pull. So yeah, but I am happy with my CPU clock atm. Also I got a GTX690 now and I love this thing, somehow it is more quiet then my Asus DCU2's!

Nah, I tend to buy and resell a lot of stuff, Usually I get really good money for stuff. Anyway I basically sold half of the stuf in my room to afford this, haha.

As I said, IU had problems with my 7970's i went back to the store got my money back and it basically payed for a 690. I was lucky they only had one in stock!

haha yes a 690, I must say this is probably the quietest high performance card I have ever owned. It is more quiet then an Asus DCUII cooled card.
