My overlocks, q6600 & 8500gt

Nice job Lynx, you need to get that Q6600 @ 3.4-3.8 man. What is your cooling on the CPU? I notice there is a big difference in the cores, have you applied the paste and is the heatsink fitted correctly?
 
Nice work on the gfx card!Now push that quad further,that board can do way more than that.My quad shows the same as yours with the temps,core 3 is 7 degrees lower

my mate has the same board as yours bud and he says he's having the worst time of his life clocking his q9450, i thought the tpower was more of a e8000 series clocker ;)
 
yeh mate its an ideal match for e8 series, handles high fsb very well, q6600 not to bad on it, just about to stick on old celly in there and clock the hell out of it.. :)

My 3rd core measures around 8C lower aswell. Dont know if it means there is a sensor placement issue or if that core just doesnt perform as much of the demmanding task or not.

Hey lynx :wavey: when going for a max OC remeber to use only one stick of ram as it will help those higher clocks ;) i hope this benching is going towards some points for your forum here at OC3D :p hehee.
