Got some stuff coming tomorrow, the monitor is one of those items, but i won't be able to build it until friday as my eBuyer order and Novatech are set to come then, so ill have time hopefully to leaktest that watercooling with the case.

Very cool. But I must ask, why three HDs and no RAID? RAID0 on standard drives is going to be faster (and cheaper) than a Raptor.

Meh i have my reasons. :)

Currently trying to do the watercooling loop, i havent got my last piece yet (8800 block) so im doing the RAds and Pump in the base of the TJ07 and, it's one hell of a squeeze with a PSU, Pump, HDD cage and a Cahode inverter down their :o

Nice Rig! I see you have gone for the Q6600 good choice ;) Iv heard that thing can go up to 4Ghz, Lets see how high you can get it :P

Cheers.

Unfortunatly it won't be done this weekend :'(

SpecialTech didn't include barbs with my GTX block so i can't set the watercooling up therefore i can't start it up :@

Q6600 is a good CPU, but I definitely recommend liquid cooling. I had mine stable at 3 GHz, on stock voltage, but temps were over 60 degrees C.

Lots of fans is also a solid plan, if noise doesn't bother you (like me). I've got 5 case fans, and it keeps all my components well within acceptable temps. Nice job.

I seem to be a very unique person in terms of my noise tolerance. I wouldn't mind a PC cooling solution that was constantly as loud as a hairdryer (but not as power hungry) if I could have a Q6600 at 4 GHz plus and below 60 degrees, as long as it cost less than $250, I would be happy. I hardly notice the loud drone of my PC anymore.

cheers.

Well the WC loop has changed, as i had kinks :( and the rads were bending the side pannels :(...

So after working on that i had to wait another few days for the final piece. A barb costing £1.69.... But had to pay like £7 on postage becuase of Royal Mail stikes.

So today it arrived about 1 hour ago, and leak testing has begun :D So far no leaks *touch wood*

My Orange Dye is more green now :S obviously my rads didn't get thoroughly cleaned out...ah well never mind.

The whole thing weighs in at 4 stone.... it's heavy!

Pics soon :)

Some quick shots

The bottom, with a 240 and 120 rad crammed in... it's not easy.

The one barb that came today, all connected up now :)

The whole system with the long ass WC loop... as long as it does the job ill be happy.
