yes at times, but i have a button on the back to turn it off or change the sequence.

lol they can, i did the crazy light thing just for the vid. the lights can be setup in many different sequences.

I think the flashing makes it look a bit like blood pumping through it when you had the camera moving up down left right in and out, which suits the name, but static and i have to concur with other posters comments

Its a nice build - very tidy. had to wait till the cathode was turned off so i could see it though

there is 3 setting on the lights static, dynamic, and off... otherwise i wouldnt have made a system that blinks light this, it would simply drive me crazy...
