you sit under the glass as you see there's over enough space and on the glass its your mouse and keyboard and then the monitor and top you can but your 32"-42" tv or for office work (printer, files, etc) all in one, and the back part its for cable management speaker wires go through your steal tubes

If that's for keyboard and mouse - it looks incredibly unstable...

Also, considering how high that would have to be - the idea of putting a TV on top is ridiculous

it won't be unstable i saw a pc stand with the similar idea for the keyboard and the tv on is ridiculous i was just going overboard.... and that isn't high just enough for a comfortable tuck under your keyboard and mouse.. removing the top glass would just make design bored and the usual.

The surface area of the smaller table doesn't seem quite large enough for a mouse and keyboard. Then again the mice are so sensitive now you probably don't need all that space. Still it looks quite uncomfortable to me.

Many bad things actually. First, the keyboard and mouse stand will just fall over, full stop. It wouldn't even stand on it's own. The sharp edges on the glass inside where you sit will be a pain, you'll knock your head against them many times when you crawl under your desk. The glass "roof" is just weird. It will make you feel uncomfortable when you sit at this table, it will feel claustrophobic. Also the fact that there are steel legs on both levels will make you feel like you're sitting in a box. Basically, you might just as well put your PC in a cupboard and sit at it with open doors. Also, I would assume you can buy these types of legs at a home depot or smth, but doing cable management through them will simply be a nightmare and less than not practical. Quite a bad design, really bad actually.

Sorry for all the bad stuff. Just expressing my thoughts. Try something less complicated, something very simple. The simple things usually turn out to be the best. + a simple table will make everything look tidy, something like this would make it look cluttered.

thanks appreciated THE honesty... can only make me a better designer in the en,keep you posted on new and improved design

Yeah, it does look better, but practically speaking, it's not as good as wood. I'm OCD about cleanliness so I would be constantly cleaning such a desk :p
