My avatars not changing????

don't know if was the best place to post this but i'm having problems with my avatar it won't delete or change???

I wanted to replace it with this....



p.s the file conforms with maximum size and kb's

can anyone help?

It might be 50k, but I somehow doubt it's 150x150

Ok I have resized it to 150x150 and is now 47kb it uploads in profile picture but doesn't change on my posts?

are you doing it in profile picture or avatar? I made the mistake of putting it in Profile picture and was left baffled.
