I'll be skipping the Z97 platform as there is going to be so little difference between the 4770K and the Haswell refresh that it wouldn't be worth the hassle of swapping over but for newcomers/new builds it looks quite good -

Both structures are equipped with the stand LGA 1150 Intel Z97 chipset, and are based on full-size ATX format laminate. Poorer Z97 Gaming 3 features 6-phase CPU power supply, four banks for 2-channel DDR3 memory kits, six slots SATA 6 Gb / s and M.2 connector for mini SSDs. For expansion cards available three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots, two PCI-Express 2.0 x1 and three PCI slots.
For more demanding customers prepared model Z97 Gaming 7, which has a 12-phase power section and functions to facilitate overclocking (including voltage measurement points, diagnostic display and buttons for easy access to on / off the computer). Has released another four slots for DDR3 memory, eight slots SATA 6 Gb / s interface M.2, and for the expansion card provides three PCI-Express 3.0 x16 and four PCI-Express 2.0 x1.
Noteworthy is the high-quality sound card Audio Boost and Killer E2200 network - both of which should be of interest in particular players.
