Sorry, not trying to be awkward, but I actually don't know what you mean.

I'm not trying to buy a better cooler for an FE card. I'm saying that I think the FE cards are great (objectively they are) and AMD should try to improve their reference models to better compete. And if not, make sure that AIB partner variants have affordable options that are good too (which incidentally they are already doing).

I'm not personally interested in buying an Nvidia card ever again, and I probably wouldn't buy an FE because, like you, I can't access them very easily in my country and I would prefer to support the AIB partners because I think they are 'better' companies that need it.

Sorry my bad, I'm getting mixed up with all the reference and founders, and I thought you wanted AMD referance to be like Nvidia FE, which didn't make sense but now I know what you mean

True, although just mentioned that the quality of the FE in comparison to the likes of the TUF, Strix etc lines, it's mostly cheaper than those cards for reasons obviously, but still outclasses them by miles. That's all I was trying to get across

well dont think that the TUF, and Strix lines at top quality. TUF used to be reserved for Asus' budget line of hardware like the good old p67,z77,97 Sabretooth boards.

I think ASUS ramming the prices high on those to fool us into thinking they are high end, when they are nothing more than mid tier average boards.

Same applies to MSI gaming X trio etc. Its really not that good as far as component quality goes. I am interested to see what components are used on their new semi flagship pro expert (assuming the Suprim X is still their best?)

True, although when looking at cards build quality, most have the shroud in some kind of plastic, to save on costs. The TUF line this time around is made out of metal, which is more expensive and surely gives an more premium and robust feel to them. Regardless of being high or mid range tiers or not. That's what I'm saying
