AMD don't need a crossfire connector. They have done it through PCIe for years now.

I was hoping NV were going that way with the 1060 but alas they aren't.
Liking the look of the 480s. Bang for buck seems to be pretty good! I know they don't (and aren't meant to) compete with the 1070s etc but they're such good value it would be hard to go past the 480 unless you have cash to burn or are driving a high end monitor with high framerates and resolution to match.

I love the look of the card including the backplate. Hope the pricing part would be acceptable.
Reference version of the GPU itself was a bit of a disappointment in terms of performance and overclocking for me. Especially when I was reading before launch rumors on the internet. But it's still an awesome card for the price.
I hope this custom designs would improve at least overclocking potential of the card. Can't wait for the pricing and benchmarks to come out.
