MSI RTX Gaming X Trio 2080 and 2080Ti Review

The 1080Ti Lightning was the best looking GPU I have ever seen. I wish they could release it on every gen tbh. Doesn't need to be mental, just use the branding, scheme and design.

That really was a stunning card (the 1080Ti one)

It doesn't even need to be as big, or as heavy, or as thick it just needs less on it. It doesn't even need as much RGB as the 1080Ti one had.

It's so frustrating. These guys (designers) must get paid a fortune and yet none of them seem to have any ruddy taste !

I've met a few designers when I was last in Berlin from various fields and in general designers of various high end items seem to be on another planet and not all there if you catch my drift.

If customers say "Hey we'd like a clean looking product with zero lights, No sharp angles and everything neatly enclosed" the designer will go in the opposite direction and sadly most designers in a lot of fields have this same loopy mindset.

They simply don't listen.

There was a great programme on TV last night about engineering fails. Well, design/engineering fails. There's this building in Leeds that traps the wind, accelerates it and then fires it down to the pavement below at 70mph. Even if the wind is only like 6 mph. Should have seen people getting blown off their feet lmao.

Will cost them millions to fix.

Something really weird going on here. +82% fps with MSI 2080 card compared to FE.


Kind of questionable results as I see video of this thing running way under 30-50fps on some youtube videos with RTX cards. Maybe just really buggy software.
