Hmm. The things that many of these external devices do that a good fistful of manufacturers seem to be pursuing, maybe interesting or charming.

But I have the feeling, that similar to the ABit 3rd Eye bracket thingy - unless u got the version that fits in the 5.25 bay, u soon live well enough without it. Wonder where the uGuru people are working now ....

I don't know how long the gimmick factor will last. 1 thing in their favor is that the manufacturers are putting +ve actionable things into them, rather than purely display only.

My personal feeling, I could do without them.

This is probably going to cost an arm and leg.. hopefully other manufactures will start using higher quality parts too and eventually it'll become standard.

For now, I would rather put the extra money into a 285 or something better.
