Can the MSI H97 charge usb devices while powered off?

I know the Asus H97 does, I would have thought it has on/off charge it seems to be a standard function now.

I can't seem to get it to work on my board

With the MSI H97 it's called "MSI Super Charger" it should be accessible via the Bios

Ok thanks will see if it work but i think mine is enabled. Dont i need a special usb port to access it?
