MSI GTX 970 Gaming Overclock issues

Evening,

I am trying to overclock my MSI GTX 970 bu the clocks keep on resetting back to default ? I have so far used MSI Afterburner & EVGA Precision X with no joy. Any thoughts ?

When do the clocks reset, after a system restart? If yes, there should be a box to tick that says "apply settings on system boot" (or something along those lines) It had left me baffled when I OC'd my card for the first time

No problem. To high of a overclock.
