India is a neutral country in this so they could transfer money to an Indian bank and then transfer that to Russia.

i have no clue about the exact details when it comes to the sanctions.
but as far as i know 10 russian banks are sanctioned.

transfers to other banks should work.
ok maybe of no great help when he has an account by one of these ten banks.

i am no expert but when it is impossible to send money to a person in russia... why is the second biggest microstock agency still operating in russia?

or how is kaspersky operating?
