Msi Afterburner vs Asus Gpu Tweak

Hey guys so i have just upgraded to a R9 280X Matrix platinum and was thinking about overclocking. As it stands i can only change the power limit in MSI afternurner (tried ticking all the check boxes and messing with the cfg file, nothing works). whereas in gpu tweak i can change core, memory or even the vrm voltage.

Now the thing is i love to use the afterburner OSD feature for frames and temperature, which Gpu tweak doesnt offer. So my question is, is there a way to either get the OSD feature on GPU TWeak or Unlock the voltages in afterburner?
