motherboard socket cover

I'm having to send back my Z97 Gryphon motherboard for an RMA, as it won't post, but I can not for the life of me find the socket cover, it looks like my OH, has thrown it out, she is currently up to her arm pits in rubbish going through the bags to find it, but it isn't looking good, so can any one point me towards where I might be able to find one, I have found them on the Bay, but they're in the states, and delivery time is about 2 - 3 weeks, I don't really want to wait that long unless I really have to.

better still if someone has got one I'm willing to pay whatever is reasonable for it, cheers guys.

that's ok mate rma,s are the worst I sent a board to asus twice before it was fixed and wen they sent it back they left the cpu cover off so I know what its like good luck with the rma

I'm sure it's the right section mate, main board and cpu, the socket cover goes on the main board, to cover the cpu socket. It's been up since Friday, I'm sure a mod or Tom would have corrected things mate, if that was the case.

well I didn't sell paulstung anything I didn't ask for money I helped a guy out that that needed what amounts to a 10p socket cover so he could rma a board
is that not what the forums are for ? I haven't sold anything paulstung hasn't paid for anything if you think there is something going on then report this thread but I don't think even tom would have anything bad to say about it

as a note I bet any money you want that if I didn't reply someone would have and been willing to help as I have with out at any point asking for money of any kind so if you think about it its in the right place as he had a issue with a motherboard cpu type thing and he posted it here
