So I got two questions here. I made a thread about that after my brother got his new GTX 580 his games kept crashing and he got BSOD's. But now we think we've narrowed the problem down to that it's the motherboard that is ruined. When he first got it it was missing a SATA port and stuff like that, but what ever. His motherboard is a Asus Crosshair IV Formula. Anyways, after trying to switch out RAM because we thought that might have been the problem it decided to not post at all after we tried to put in 4GB of Mushkin Redline (My RAM) and 4GB of Corsair Dominator (His RAM. YUCK!) The other question is, what motherboard is best? The Asus Crosshair V Formula or the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7?
Edit: Now it decided to post again ater trying to switch RAM back and forth. We have no idea what it can be. Also, it said that there was only 2GB of RAM installed when it in fact was 4GB.
