motherboard and hard drive

im not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but im after some advice on what thread size the hard drives, motherboard and ssd take as id like to get some allen key bolts instead of the Philips ones

The 6-32 screws are often found on hard disk drives and the case's body to secure the covers. The M3 threaded holes are often found on optical disc drives and SSD drives.
