IMO thumb scanners are a gimmik. Anything other than the most expensive ones are unreliable, and all of them are VERY easy to get around if you was planning on using them to enhance security.

Now retina scanning....thats different

ret scannin is not overly good either u haffa get in the exact same position as when the images were taken .... v hard to do ..

under the skin RFID interfaced 1024-bit encrypted syskeys on the other hand .........
