Hate dredging up old threads, but yes, the 35 watt mobile 2400 should overclock fairly well with adequate cooling. They tend to need a voltage spike after 2.2GHz...and the cooling will have to be sufficient.
That is essentially the 2600+ 45W -- what i have (runnning 2.64 - v stable)
if it is the "I" stepping and if you get decent nuff coolin you should be able to get that fing up to similar levels;
You have a gd platform there to oc from but the fsb on the NF7-s (2) is a little restrictive you may want to tighten the memory setting @ lower FSB speeds or see if a cracked bios can help you;
Coolin wise get a either
A Si-97 with a 92mm fan than give @least 40 CFM (what i have )
