On Nvidia forum, a moderator has confirmed that this will be the only range available this year and that I will be in any way the midrange but the high end that will be fleshed out later this year.

Last night, the lottery numbers he gave me didn't produce a single number !

.. would have been nice to have read the reviewers' opinions before seeing the video come out >.<

Who said we weren't allowed to post links to other sites?

I find the attitude of TweakTown not very professional. If he does not have new of Nvidia they expect at least to have or they're waiting for other websites liberate the tests if they have a doubt. Otherwise it's too simple and the NDA does not mean anything anymore.

This is not an honest attitude compared to other websites.

Agreed. The big willy waving speech was exactly that. And having got the card (which you'd have to say came from an official source that they have "no contact with" - they then do some good tests and a bunch of flakey ones).

It's not as simple as you 'can't'. If OC3D is being professional and observing NDAs they may have agreed to, it's a cross purpose to firstly agree to it and then host links to places that walk the tightrope. TT are a good example. They've probably skated the NDAs in the past and nVidia are under guidelines not to speak to them, that would be fair enough to me if that's the case.

The professional way to treat NDAs you have signed up to and know are in existance, but are not a part of yourself, is to observe them in the same curtious manner - or you threaten your relationships with those suppliers.

TT just wanted to be first, for being firsts-sake. (By this time, all the other sites, including OC3D, will have done their reviews, done some editing, and are just waiting to let loose the link) Being first is a bit different than doing a thorough job. To me anyways.

Then again, it would be another thing, in my opinion - not OC3D, that if TT's NDA breaching review had been out for a good number of days or a week, it's then gone viral (I hate that term) and is, imo, free knowledge.
