missing psu power cable

hello this may be a stupid question, but i have no clue about these things so i thought its better to ask than to be sorry. english is not my first language so i hope you understand what i mean

2 years ago i bought a corsair rm850x psu. i only briefly used it because i decided to build a htpc machine instead and bought a 600w corsair sf600 psu for it.

now im planing to build a new ryzen box, and use the rm850x for it, however i seem to have lost (probably thrown away) the power cable for the rm850x. by power cable i mean the cable that connects the psu to the power outlet on the wall.

can i use the sf600 power cable for the rm850x? does it matter at all? or are they different because of the difference in watts or something?

as i said, probably stupid question, but i want to be certain

thanks

Wall to PSU cables are interchangeable, they are AFAIK standard kettle leads

Yup they are :)

OP I don't think you are UK based if by any chance you are I have one here I can give you for nothing but it's for a UK plug.
