Mini ITX System

Hey, I was wanting to make a fanless Mini ITX or Micro ATX, that preforms decently, and I think I found it, but I need peoples thoughts and ideas on it.

I'd be using it for a SNES emulator running in Debian, as a small data backup, and a maybe some. When playing SNES games, I'd run it on a 4 GB Compact Flash Card, it's x266, so about 35 MB/s Read, which is more than enough for it.

It uses the Intel Atom 1.6 CPU, and Integrated Intel GMA 950 Graphics, It should be more than enough for this, I wouldn't be doing much. Just small 2D games like Street Fighter with the 8 and 16 Bit Graphics, and web browsing, maybe a cheesy game like Flight Sim 2004. I also plan to use it for Burning CD's occasionally.

Here's what I'm getting, if you find something better, a better bard bone, where I can find it cheaper, please tell me. Thanks! (Also I'd underclock the Ram to 533, because the motherboard can't take the full 667, so I'd just be generating another 2 degrees or so for no reason.)
