Mid Range DX10 Card Help

Given that we are sooo close to the reveised DX10 cards from AMD and Nvidia I have decided to not go multi gpu on my next bench set-up (well 80% decided )

So the cards we can consider at present:

Radeon 2900pro

Versus

8800GTS 320MB

8600GTS 512MB

versus

HD 2600 512MB

Which is the champ out of these cruiser weights - for mulitmedia and 3D

From what i have been reading mate the Radeon 2900pro all the way, from some of the benches i have seen it can clock past a stock 2900XT and at half the price thats got to be good in my book.

The 8600GTS isnt worth the money compared to the 8800GTS IMHO- the 512MB cards will probs only be £20-30 cheaper, but with around half the processing ability.
