Not sure how many of us forum regulars this will affect. Afterall, it means buying a computer through an OEM, and unless that is one of the very small ones, most people know that is bad value *cough dell cough*. I'm more interested in what the upgrades from vista ultimate retail will cost to W7...

Best off just buying an OEM Windows 7 at the time it seems. Maybe get myself a nice quad to keep within the regulations
