Microsoft to double Indian call centre staff

THE SOFTWARE giant which straddles from the Ganges to the Andes like a colossus is doubling the size of its call centre operations in India.

Bigger call centres in Hyderabad and Bangalore are expected to be fully operational by March 2006, just in time to deal with the huge number of Vista inquiries.

According to Reuters, Microsoft told hacks at a management convention that more than 1,000 extra staff will be hired.

The Hyderabad campus is the largest Volehill outside the United States and provides product development and support services. More than 1000 extra staff will be added to the Volehill in Bangalore.

Agreed. I'm not racist, but when i get on the phone to my bank, and you get some Indian that doesnt understand what the fuck you are saying, even tho you are saying it slowly in a monotone voice, it really fucks me off.
