Microsoft targets the mobile web with "Silverlight"

I`ve not been touched by 3G at all.

As something that people look out for in a phone - why ? As opposed to one without. (cos I don`t know tbh)

I use the web on my phone a fair bit so the iPhon'e browser + 3G would be very good

i use mobile tinterweb a fair bit, but my phone only has edge, which i hardly ever pick up. Anyone know what the speed diff between edge and 3g is?

I don't know the figures, but the RL difference is quite a lot

EDGE = 200kbps

3G = 384kbps

But you are far far more likely to get the max 3g speed than the max edge speed.

Wifi tbh, can`t stand slow mobile internet.

I get 7.2mbps on my Vodafone HSDPA sim

yeah, most of the site is starting to be powered by silverlight.
